At the time of the visit three children with emergency medical conditions were reviewed and the following was found: two children were missing some EEC required documentation

At the time of the visit three children requiring emergency medications were reviewed and the following was found: two children were missing a portion of their prescribed medications, and one child's medication was not in its original packaging.
At the time of the visit a toilet plunger was accessible to children in the youngest preschool classroom.
At the time of the visit three staff files were reviewed and the following was found: one staff file did not have evidence of MMR and two files were missing resumes and evidence of two references.

The "4 Mornings 4s" group did not have an attendance record on 5/31/2022. There were 14 children present at the time of the visit.
The following was observed and accessible to children: Pre-K Classroom (5 day) -A trash in the classroom was not covered as required. -Charging cords for an air purifier, CD player, and cell phone charger were within children's reach.
The program did not have (REDACTED) for a child who required the medication per their Individual Health Care Plan (IHCP).
