On the day of the visit, the infant classroom had nine children present with two educators. The maximum group size for an infant group is seven children. The infant-toddler classroom was closed on this date due to insufficient staffing.
Medication Storage; Medication Container/Label
The emergency medications were stored on a shelf in the Preschool classroom within reach of the children.
No peeling or flaking paint (indoor and out)
In the infant room, a white storage unit had chipping and peeling paint on the shelves.
A review of two children's medication records indicated: -One Individual Health Care Plan was incomplete. -One record indicated a child did not have a IHCP completed for a chronic medical condition.
