The first aid kit did not have: 1.current family contact information for 4 children. 2. did not have individual health care plan available for one child that has a health condition
The licensor reviewed 3 of the children records. The following were observed: 1.One of the children records is not up to date with current date. The last signature form parent was 1/18/24. 2.One of the children records is incomplete because the there is information missing on pages 4-6. The child has a health condition and the medication is not listed under regular medications. The general permission for basic transportation is not filled out (specific places where child can go). 3.One of the children record is not complete because there are information missing on pages 4 and 6. 4.One of the children records did not specify where the child can go when off the premises (page 6)

Indoor Hazards
The educator has a child that has a medical condition and who needs a life saving medication. The medication form is not up to dated.
Porches and Decks
The educator has a child with a health condition who needs an individual health care plan. The plan was not complete because the parent contact information was not included.
The following were observed: 1.A fan within children reach in the kitchen (not on but plug in). 2. Sharpe edges of a section of the kitchen counter. 3.Two purses in the office on top of a chair within children reach. 4.The food and water for the dog in the kitchen within children reach.
At the time of the visit, the educator was using the porch with the two children present. The Porch is 9 1/5 feet from grade level and is not surrounded by a protective barricade in accordance with applicable building codes.
