Background Record Check
A BRC for a regular volunteer was not documented in the BRC Navigator System. The program licensee will work with the BRC Unit to resolve this issue as the licensee reported that they were having difficulty entering the BRC into the system. EEC sent the licensee the link to submit a BRC Support ticket via email.
One child's epi pen medication expired in December 2023.
This renewal - full review visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
The Program Director / Licensee BRC's were expired, at the time of the visit. EEC initiated Licensee BRC transactions so that the BRC's may be renewed.
