Licensor observed trash can in the kitchen/dining area with no lid and trash inside.
This license upgrade visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
During the visit, Licensor reviewed 3 random records of the children that were present, the following was observed: 1) two children were missing the following information in the enrollment packet: acknowledgment of parent handbook, and physician health care information. 2) a child was missing the developmental history in the enrollment packet. 3) a child was missing general permission and CPR/FA medical consent release in the enrollment packet.

Additionally, during the visit, Licensor reviewed 2 random records of the children currently enrolled, the following was observed: 1) a child enrollment packet was not up to date. Additionally, the child was missing Lead screening results.
During the visit, Licensor observed that the educator did not have a child [REDACTED] listed on an allergy list.
