BRC
At the time of the visit, one of the staff members working at the program, with children, did not have a complete BRC as documented in the BRC Navigator System. The staff member's BRC remained under 'applicant' and 'pending' status at the time of the visit; the candidate's status must move to 'provisionally approved' or 'suitable status' to work with children at any given program. The staff member was not alone with children, at the time of the visit, and the Program Administrator removed the staff from service pending their finger print status (scheduled for Monday, 9/27). Once the staff member's BRC status moves to either 'provisionally approved' or 'suitable' they may return to the program for work.

The IHCP documentation for a child with a diagnosed {REDACTED} was not available for EEC review. The program stored a current {REDACTED} medication for the child on site.
