Individual Health Care Plan (IHCP) - R Apr 2025
The program Site Coordinator's BRC Renewal remains pending. The applicant received a finger print upon renewal. This must be completed ASAP. The Site Coordinator's BRC expired in February, 2025. Two other staff members have BRC's pending renewal also and must complete these BRC's ASAP.
The IHCP for one child with an Epi Pen medication was not signed by the child's pcp. Additionally, there was no paperwork / IHCP available for another child in care who required emergency life saving medication.
The IHCP for one child in care was from 2022 and expired. Another child had an inhaler medication on site, but no IHCP or Medication Consent Paperwork.
