There was access to ladders by the outdoor shed. The outdoor grill was not covered.
There was access to cleaning products under the kitchen sink and access to sharp knives in one of the kitchen drawers.

Upon arrival the educator stated she had children napping. It was observed that a (REDACTED) infant was napping in an inclined bassinet sleeper, which does not provide a flat sleeping surface as required by our safe sleep policy.
