Napping Materials
One file needs an updated physical. Two files did not have signed and dated general permissions.
It was observed that napping room was too dark not allowing for proper supervision.
It was observed that the pack and plays were not 2-feet apart from one another.

Persons on Premises
When licensor arrived there was an unapproved caregiver with the daycare children. Educator arrived 20 minutes later Educator stated she was dropping off her child at camp.Licensor also observed another woman upstairs that is not listed on the educator’s list of household members/persons regularly on the premises. Educator stated this was a family member but not a household member. Educator also indicated she has another person in a caregiver role that has not completed the application process or Background record check process. It was discussed with the educator that these two individuals cannot be in a caretaking role or be on the premises until they complete the entire application process and receive their certificates as approved FCC assistant. Discussed adding family member as regularly on the premises and submitting change of household composition transaction.
