The attendance in the Toddler Classroom was inaccurate. There were two children present but three children were signed into the classroom. The attendance was corrected during the visit.

A staff schedule was not posted in the program. Administrators must keep the schedule current and posted in an area easily visible to educators, parents and visitors.
The Staff Record Checklist was not current. Two educators, no longer working in the program were still included on the checklist. The Licensee must maintain on site, a current staff records check list that reflects all regular employees working in the program.
One child's Individual Health Care Plan had expired. Three children's Individual Health Care Plans did not include all of the required information. The name of the educator(s) trained and will be administering treatment while the child is at the program was not included on the plans.
One child with medication on the premises did not have a current Medication Consent form signed by their parent.
Indoor Space
During the visit, the Licensee was unable to provide evidence showing, the transportation driver has current First Aid & CPR certification.

The program's fire inspection uploaded to the Document Library expired on 2/28/2025. Please upload a current Fire Inspection for review.
During the visit, EEC requested to review the program's transportation attendance log. This log was not available for review. The program must have a transportation attendance log showing the dates and times the children were signed on and off of the transportation vehicle and two signatures confirming that the vehicle was inspected after each trip to ensure that children were not left alone in the vehicle.
During the visit, the Licensee was unable to provide evidence that the transportation driver completed the StrongStart Transporting Children training.

In the toddler and preschool children's bathrooms, a brown ring and brown water were observed in the toilet bowls.

During the visit, four staff files were reviewed. Two files did not include evidence of a current physical or immunity to Measles, Mumps and Rubella.
Two bookshelves in the new toddler classroom were not secured to prevent them from tipping over.
The new transportation driver's MA. License and 7D license were not available for review during the visit and have not been uploaded to the Document Library.
An evacuation diagram was not posted at all egresses in the new toddler classroom.
