Space (health risks)
During the visit, it was observed that in the kitchen area there were multiple hazards present, including but not limited to WD-40, drills, a drill battery, multiple loose nails, and accessible cords within reach of children. Additionally, there were no paper towels available for hand drying in the bathroom; the educator added paper towels at the time of the visit.

Pets licensed / vaccinated / safe
There was proof of rabies vaccination for the one dog. There was not proof of vaccination for the other dog, and neither dog had proof of license from the town. Please send proof of these documents.
This monitoring outside differential licensing cycle visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
Supervision
The educator did not have 3 children’s annual physicals on file, there was also no immunizations or proof of a lead test
There were alcohol wipes accessible to the children in the bathroom on top of the toilet
The educator left a toddler unattended on the diaper changing table while she walked away to get something

When the licensor arrived she observed a (REDACTED) to be napping in a stroller with a blanket. The Educator removed the blanket when licensor explained it was not allowed
