Attendance Recording and Group Sizes/Ratios
The attendance record in Room 1 indicated that one child's arrival time was not documented; however, the Educators in the classroom were aware of the total number of children under their supervision. This was corrected immediately by and Educator.
Medication
A review of medications indicated that one had expired as of June 2022 and another medication did not have a prescription label affixed to the original container.
