During a review of program medication/IHCP plans, the following was learned: 1) Child A had an IHCP that as signed by their doctor on 3/31/2022 and was noted to be expired 2) Child B had an IHCP that was signed by the doctor on 4/28/2022 and signed by their parent on 4/30/2022 and was noted to be expired 3) Child C had an IHCP that as signed by their doctor on 5/16/2022 and was noted to be expired.

5 IHCP plans were reviewed and the following was learned: the plans did not contain all EEC required information, including potential side effects of the medication and potential consequences if not administrated.

The program was observed throwing food scraps into a trash can that did not contain a lid as required by regulation.
Child A had "Allergy relief" meds on site at the program that expired 4/2022.
