Medication
One child had [REDACTED] as part of their "IHCP" form but did not have current medication at the program (bottle expired 1/2021).
During a review of the program's "IHCP" medical forms, the following was noted: One child had a form that was missing all EEC required information, including "potential side effects" "potential consequences" and the doctor's signature on the form. One child had a form that was missing the "side effects" and "potential consequences" if the medication was not administrated. One child had an [REDACTED] action" plan that had expired and did not have evidence of a current IHCP on record.
