A review of the programs staff meetings indicated the following: -There was no documentation of what time the meeting started and ended. Staff meetings are to be held monthly for 2 hours in length.

A review of the evacuation drills indicated that the licensee did not perform an evacuation drill for the month of March 2024. Evacuation Drills must be held monthly.
The Licensee did not have a current building and fire inspection from the local town inspectors. Please obtain both inspections and upload them into the Document Library.
