Safe Sleep - no pillows, comforters, stuffed animals
The licensor observed two toys in the pack and play with the infant. One was a black and white teething toy and the other was a small soft toy. The Educator stated that the infant was playing with them before (REDACTED) fell asleep and (REDACTED) left them in there.

The licensor observed a blanket the pack and play were the (REDACTED) naps and the educator stated she covers her with it when she naps. The Educator was cited for safe sleep in August 2022
The bathroom trash did not have a cover, there was fluoride rinse on the sink, and the cabinet under the sink did not lock and the following was accessible : Lysol, soap, air freshener and lotions

This follow-up visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
After a discussion with the Educator it was noted that the infant, who is (REDACTED) and been in care for a few weeks is not napping in a pack and play. She is taking short naps on the floor on the activity mat when she falls asleep playing
