A random review of children’s files was completed. It was observed that some files did not have annual updates for the enrollment packet. It was discussed that educator can give parents a new enrollment packet or the annual update form. Two files did not have up to date physicals.

Educator is not completing progress reports at the frequency required. Discussed progress reports for children under 15 months must be documented every three months, for children over 15 months until they begin school is every six months, and for school age children that attend school is once a year at mid-year.

It was observed there was a tall storage bin in the dinning room with smaller plastic bins stacked at the top which were easily tippable

There were some hazards observed within outdoor space which are accessible. Some of the hazards observed were electrical cords, wooden boards that were easily tippable, and gardening tools.
