This progress visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
Children’s records were reviewed. Two files had incomplete general permissions to indicate where children are taken when off premises. One file had no lead screening. One file needs a complete face sheet.
First aid kit did not have a thermometer and 5 of the 6 emergency cards need an annual update.
There was no gate observed at the top of the stairs leading to outdoor space to prevent access to stairs when outside. This gate must be a secured gate.
Educator did it have posting for child that has inhaler prescribed and for child with a medication allergy.
