It was observed that the fencing on the side of the steep drop was not a suitable barrier, it is not sturdy and does not measure the 4 feet in height as required. There was access to wooden panels that were tippable, there was access to large tires, one was stacked on top of the other.

Swing set does not meet the fall zone and ground surfacing requirements; access must be prevented.
It was observed that there fencing on one side of the yard has a steep drop and the fence does not measures the 4 feet tall as required and the current fencing is not sturdy. There was access to multiple wooden pieces and wooden boards as well as large tree branches. The shade covering on one side of the yard was observed to not be sturdy. There was access to two lawn mowers under the deck. The opening under the deck must be barricaded. There was access to gardening tools, extension cord, and water hose was not rolled up. The gate door on one side of the yard had wood that had splintered surfaces and had nails protruding. The gate on the other side of the yard by the steep drop has a large opening that leaves access to steep drop.
Educator has two dogs both are due for rabies vaccine. There are two cats, rabies record was not on hand.
Emergency preparedness was not complete. Once complete educator will upload her parent handbook to document library.
First aid kit did not have a CPR mouthguard.
There was access to hazards from the basement level exit. Hazards observed were plastic bags, glass bottles, multiple wooden boards, trash can without a lid, and the cat’s litter box.
In the basement level it was observed that there was a shelf in the playroom that was easily moveable. The diapering table was easily moveable. There was a large opening between the wall from playroom to laundry room side. On the first floor level in the kitchen there was access to hazards in five to the kitchen drawers. Some of the hazards observed were sharp knives, foil paper and plastic wrap rolls with sharp edges, plastic bags, and a drawer with multiple random items. In the bathroom the towel shelf was easily moveable. There was access to beauty products on the edge of the shower tub.
Above ground pool did not measures the 4 feet tall; access must be prevented.
