During a review of all staff BRC the following was learned: 1) One staff had a BRC that expired 7/2025.
During a review of all indoor licensed space, the following was learned: 1) Not all outlets had outlet covers as required 2) Chipped paint was observed in the "infant/toddler" room, creating a potential hazard to children
It was observed in the preschool children's bathroom that one hand towel was available for children to dry their hands, regulation requires Indvidual hand towels or disposable paper towels for children to dry their hands after toileting.

During a review of the bathroom space where the toddlers are changed, the following was observed: 1) the toilet was observed to be dirty, with pink rings in the toilet bowl 2) the potty chairs were observed to be dirty, with dust lining the chairs 3) gloves and wipes were in the reach of children, creating a potential hazard.
During a review of the outdoor space, the following was observed:1) Weeds were growing through the fence, creating a potential hazard to children.

During a review of the program's indoor licensed space, the following was learned: the toilet brush for cleaning was stored in the reach of children in both bathrooms. The TV cord was unsecured in the toddler room, creating a potential danger. Adult scissors were stored in the reach of children in the preschool room, creating a potential hazard. The diapering policy was not posted in the infant room as required.

During a review of the indoor space, the following was observed: 1) There were stained ceiling tiles, creating a potential hazard 2) some outlets were missing covers as required 3) the crib room requires children to be supervised by sight and sound, on the day of the visit, it was found to be "too dark" and there was blanket hanging over the gate, blocking educators immediate view of children
