Two children were upstairs in two separate bedrooms, which is not part of the educator’s licensed space.
Educator had (REDACTED) napping in a separate room with the door closed preventing proper direct supervision, which is a violation of the safe sleep policy. Educator will be required to re-take the safe sleep training, sign safe sleep pledge, have parents sign safe sleep letter. A follow up visit will be conducted.
Educator was going between first floor and lower level. Educator had two infants napping on the first floor level and three other children napping on the lower level. Educator and all children were not on the same floor level as required.
