The educator is not documenting the date, time in and time out of their assistant when the assistant is staffing the program in place of the educator.
The educator's family member who resides outside of the home was present with the educator and the children when the licensor arrived to the visit. The educator's family member does not have an EEC approved background check.
The educator had already documented the departure time for the three present on today's attendance sheet.
The educator was observed to be in unlicensed space with a household member and three of the children.
The tool bench in the playroom was not secured posing a tipping hazard. The baseboard heater in the bathroom was rusted. A box of latex gloves were accessible to the children in the bathroom. In the playroom, a bottle of Dermoplast and diaper cream were accessible and in reach of the children.
