Medication
The program did not have a current Staff Schedule posted in the program at the time of the visit. During the visit, the Director stated they recently hired a new educator and are in the process of updating the Staff Schedule.
The two bathroom stools in the Toddler 2 class have chipped and peeling paint and are in need of repair.

Toxic Substances
The following hazards were observed during the visit: -In the Preschool II room there was a dust buster cord longer than 6 inches on the bookshelf that was accessible to children. -In the main hallway leading to the office there were approximately 27 cases of disinfecting wipes stacked three cases high, cases of face masks stacked 7 boxes high, and boxes of gloves stacked six cases high. -In the kitchen/storage area, the door was open and unlocked. In this area there were 7 gallons of bleach on the counter accessible to children. There was a paper cutter on a low table accessible to children. There were cords longer than six inches belonging to air purifiers accessible to children.

Upon review of educator's BRC's in the BRC Navigator system, one employee (listed as a floater teacher on the Staff Schedule) is due for renewal and needs her fingerprints processed. The program submitted a BRC Consent Form for this educator on 9/21/21.
