All of the children's records were reviewed. Two children did not have completed lead tests, one child did not have an annual update form completed and one child did not have a medication consent form.

Two play kitchen were not secured posing a tipping hazard. The bathroom was still under construction with construction tools on the floor and flooring items.
On the corner of the entrance to the outdoor space, the wood was peeling and chipping.

The back exit had a play kitchen obstructing the pathway.

First aid kit was missing gloves, thermometer, and children’s emergency cards. Educator added the thermometer and gloves to the first aid kit during the visit.

In the bathroom, under the sink did not have a safety lock allowing access to cleaning supplies.

In the kitchen there were several draws which were unlocked allowing access to sharp utensils and superglue on top of the counter.
