The educator did not have the time in and time out of their assistant documented for 06/24 and 06/25.
Licensor reviewed all of the children’s records. One child did not have a departure date on their enrollment packet. One child did not have an admission date on their enrollment packet. Four children did not have lead results on their physical. One child did not have an annual update form. Three child did not have an up to date physical.
In reviewing all of the children’s records, three of the children’s general permission were not fully completed. Two children’s records did not have the discharge date and reason.

There is a fire pit in the outdoor space which needs to be covered.
This capacity increase visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
There was a drawer in the kitchen that had different kinds of bags that place a choking hazard to children. The drawer had a safety lock, but it was broken.
