These drawers are accessible to the children. Room #140: Based on Observation, it was found that plastic bags were present in the unlocked drawers. These drawers are accessible to the children. Room #141: Based on Observation, it was found that a roll of plastic bags was being stored in an unlocked drawer that was accessible to the children. 7) Personal belongings of staff Not In Compliance Findings: Room #141: Based on Observation, it was found that an open soda can belonging to a staff person was on the counter in the classroom.
