General: Based on observation, the sink countertop within the bathroom contained bleach cleaner and disinfectant spray. These items were accessible to the children in care.
General: Based on review of documentation, the provider did not have current CPR/First Aid certification. The certification documentation on file expired on 10/30/24. It should be noted that the certified provider is the only person providing care in the home, there is not an assistant.
