General: Based on Review of Documentation, and interview these regulatory requirements were not met. On 9/13/13 the director reported to the DRCC office an incident that occurred at the facility on 9/12/13. The director reported that a staff person at the facility (hire date: 9/29/08) pinched a two (2) year old child on the arm in response to the child pinching her on the arm while on the playground. The child reportedly had a red mark on his arm as a result of the incident. The director stated that the staff person was terminated as a result of the incident.
