Ensure to maintain staff to child ratio at all times. In the gym area one qualified staff was observed with over 20 children and in the cafeteria one qualified with over 15 children. This was corrected when children departed the center and the children in the gym and cafeteria combined with a capacity of under 25 with two qualified staff members.
Ensure a comprehensive background check is completed before the start of employment. A staff member was present with children without a background check completed. Provide a fingerprint receipt for Staff #1 by 10-27-2022
