On September 5, 2024, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint regarding an unapproved household member. An investigation was conducted on September 6, 2024. There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint because Owner #1 stated Person #1 does not live in the large family child care home, but he has stayed at the home on occasions. The concern noted is the conflicting information provided between the interview with Owner #1 and her statements via email and the lack of evidence to prove Person #1 has stayed in the large family child care home more than 30 days within a year.
