Authorized staff shall complete training in medication safety and administration every year.
The licensing coordinator's review of five staff files revealed that Staff A, Staff B, Staff C, and Staff D had not completed the training in medication safety and administration annually. Corrective action: Because this training was only required every 3 years until the rules changed in Sept of 2025, the staff mentioned had not retaken the training yet. All staff will be required to retake this training in August before the start of each school year.
