Licensing Specialist observed fire drill and emergency drill records during inspection today. Fire drills have been conducted and recorded monthly. According to the emergency drill record, emergency drills have not been conducted since 2020. Provider is reminded emergency drills much be conducted and recorded twice per year (in addition to the monthly fire drills). Please send a written correction to Licensing Specialist.
