The provider completed the 2023 Basic Health and Safety annual update. Provider is unsure if she completed the 2024 BHS annual update and does not have a certificate for the training. Licensing Specialist will send the link to the 2024 update to the provider again. There is no certificate available once the 2024 update is completed, so once completed, please take a photo of the last 'congratulations' page and send it to the LS. Provider should complete the 2024 annual update as soon as possible. The 2025 BHS annual update is due to be completed by the provider no later than December 31, 2025. Once completed, please send the certificate to LS.
