The trash can used for diapers does not have a tightly fitting lid and also contains items other than diapers. The diaper trash container is reserved only for diaper discards and must have a tightly fitting lid. Please send correction to Licensing Specialist.
Director completed the 2024 Basic health and safety training and provided LS with a copy, but cannot locate the 2023 BHS update certificate. Provider stated she believes she completed it. If certificate is found, please send LS a copy. If certificate is not found, please complete the update and send a screen shot of the last page of the training module to LS to show completion.
Provider's schedule was not posted during inspection today. Provider stated she was in the process of updating the daily schedule and hadn't put it back up. Please post the daily schedule and send a photo of the posted schedule to LS.
LS did not observe a written screen time policy in children's files during inspection. Please send documentation that parents have given the provider's written screen time policy to LS.
LS observed an Epi-Pen that expired in October 2024. Provider should return this Epi Pen to parent and obtain a new one, if needed. Please send correction to LS.
LS observed a bottle of amoxicillin in the kitchen refrigerator that was on a shelf that could be accessible to children. Provider should remove this medication from the child care refrigerator or put it in a locked medication box if it is to remain in the refrigerator. Please send correction to LS.
