There are two children who do not have documentation in their files that parents were given the Parents Guide to Regulated Child Care brochure. Please give this information to parents and send a copy of the documentation to the Licensing Specialist.
There is one emergency form that does not have health care provider information on it. Please obtain from parents and add to file. Send copy to the Licensing Specialist.

The provider did not conduct a fire drill in May 2025. The provider understands fire drills are supposed to be conducted at least once a month and disaster drills are to be conducted, in addition to monthly fire drills, at least twice a year. Please send written plan of correction to Licensing Specialist.

Provider's adult daughter moved back into the home in April and this was not reported to the Office of Child Care and a release of information was not submitted within 5 working days. Provider's daughter has been cleared to begin work with the Calvert County Public Schools, but needs to complete a background clearance for the OCC. Please have HK complete and submit a notarized release form to Licensing Specialist as soon as possible.
Provider's adult daughter moved back into the home in April and this was not reported to the Office of Child Care and federal and MD criminal background clearances were not completed within 5 working days. Provider's daughter was previously a resident and approved substitute and was just removed from the AP list in November 2022. She has completed a background clearance and has been cleared to begin work with the Calvert County Public Schools, but needs to complete a background clearance for the OCC. Please have HK complete the fingerprinting process as soon as possible.
