The licensor reviewed 3 staff files with the following findings: 1/2 staff members has an outdated physical, 1/2 staff members does not have a current annual staff evaluation.
The licensor conducted a walkthrough of classrooms 306 (Gross Motor Room), 307, 308, and 309 for license change #9171596 with the following findings: Smartboard wires in classrooms 307, 308, and 309 are accessible to children; all EEC required postings are not yet posted in those classrooms; an age range provided by the manufacturer for the structure in room 306 is requested for review by the GSA licensing team.
