Smoke Detectors
Smoke detector continued to be beeping every three seconds.
When licensor arrived at the home, the infant was in the crib awake and the preschooler playing with the toys available. There was no evidence of a plan for the day.
Infant has port-a-crib and he was awake at the time of the visit. Crib has blankets piled inside and a cardboard box. It was being used as a storage place.

Educator did not have medical records for any of the children.
Educator pressed the smoke detector and none of the children reacted to the alarm.
Children’s hands were not washed before they had snack. Educator did not wash her hands after changing a diaper
