The licensor made the following observations: a plunger in the first floor boys bathroom accessible to children; orange extension cord in the first/second/third grade classroom extending out to the lobby poses a tripping hazard; toy kitchen furniture in the firs/second/third grade class is not secure and posed a tipping hazard; there are several uncovered electrical outlets in the first/second/third grade classroom that were covered during the visit; the cord to the air purifier in the K classroom is accessible to children; cords next to the gray cabinet in the first/second/third grade classroom are accessible; the toy kitchen furniture and white shelf in the K classroom are not secure and pose a tipping hazard.

The licensor reviewed the files of 6 children with a documented allergy/medical condition with the following findings: 2/6 children do not have an EEC required Medication Consent form on file for prescribed medications.
The program kitchen is located in a classroom on the first floor and does not have a door or gate as a barrier; the licensor observed sharp knives in a drawer that was not secured and accessible to children.
