In classroom Infant C and Toddler A- not all required elements were in the emergency backpacks.
One staff did not the required 2 MMR's. The name of the staff was shared during the exit interview.

This monitoring outside differential licensing cycle visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.

One staff currently working in the program did not have two documented staff references, as required by EEC regulation.
EEC observed a second infant classroom open with an 8th infant in attendance. The Program is licensed for 1 Infant room with 7 infants. EEC regulations state that at no time shall a program admit/ care for more than the number of children indicated on the license.

There was inaccurate attendance in the Toddler 1 classroom.
There were 11 children in a PS classroom licensed for 10. EEC regulation states a program cannot have more than the maximum number of children indicated on the license.
EEC observed a staff not wash their own hands or the child's hands after a diaper change, the staff changed their gloves to diaper another child.
Exit diagrams next to all possible emergency exits.
There needs to be placards from the manufacturer placed on all the playground structures identifying ages for usage.
Current Staff Record checklist must be uploaded in the LEAD portal.
All furnishing that are tippable must be secured in the classrooms. All lamps in the infant classroom that are in between the cribs must be secured. The ceiling tile in the Infant 1 classroom must be secured in place.

All classroom refrigerators must be working and have a working thermometer in them.
There was no required monthly fire drill in July 2025.
there are no sinks in the Toddler or PS bathrooms, all classroom sinks must be labeled for handwashing after coming in contact with a bodily fluid
