At the time of the visit the gate at the top of the back hill that had a gap under it that was an entrapment. Toddler small playground gate large double gate was not able to close properly. Mushrooms on the playground were observed.

Not all staff had evidence of the required EEC essentials 2.0 on file.
Staff meeting documentation was not available for every month.
Staff member being used as the Infant/Toddler Lead teacher did not have an EEC certificate on file.
At the time of the visit a toddler was being changed in the classroom. There is not a sink adjacent to where the child was being changed.
At the time of the visit there were not bimonthly observations for all staff for the past year.
At the time of the visit one child with a food allergy did not have the EEC IHCP on file. Doctor form did not have a parent signature on the form.
A current staff records checklist is not uploaded in the Document library and is needed for your renewal.

A review of IHCP found that not all children with ongoing medical conditions had up to date forms. Some forms did not have the parental signature with a date. Some forms were expired.

At the time of the visit there was a Step 2 climber that did not have the 6 foot fall zone on all sides. There was a metal blue car( frame was blue with a seat) in the fall zone of the red slide. Wooden picnic tables with splintering rotting wood.

At the time of the visit the toddler attendance was not completed. When staff were asked they completed.
One child’s [REDACTED] expired 7/21 and the same child’s Benadryl expired 2/22.
A review of IHCP’s found that one child’s plan expired in August of 2021 , Three plans did not have a parent signature.
This renewal - monitoring visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
