At the time of the visit rest mats were found stacked with individual sheets covering them, the sheets were touching one another; this is not considered safe and sanitary storage of rest materials.
During a review of emergency evacuation logs, it was noted that classrooms were conducting their own evacuation drills on a monthly basis. Additionally, it was found that the entire program carries out evacuation drills twice a year. According to EEC regulations, evacuation drills must be practiced with all groups of children and educators from each floor of the approved space at least once a month.

A chid did not wash hands after having a diaper change.
Diaper changing mat was not washed and disinfected after each child. Child did not wash his hands after a diaper change. A disposable liner was not put on the table as a barrier between child and the diapering mat.

During a review of staff records, it was learned that there wasn't evidence of bi-monthly observations of educators while working with children at least every two months.
Through a review of emergency medication consents, it was noted that one child who was prescribed Benadryl did not have [REDACTED] in the program. There was a bottle of [REDACTED] without a consent form.
