Indoor Space
At the time of the visit there were picnic tables in the fall zone of the climbers.
At the time of the visit one IHCP reviewed did not have the parent signature on the EEC form. .The doctor signature did not have a date on the Doctor Allergy plan and was missing the parent signature and date.

At the time of the visit a child from the I/T room was visiting int he toddler room but was not marked out of the I/T room. Child was also not marked in on the toddler classroom attendance.

At the time of the visit there was a large toaster oven in the toddler room within reach of the children.
At the time of the visit there were some expired medications for children with ongoing medical conditions conditions. One bottle of [REDACTED] expired 07/23. A prescription was expired for a child in the primary classroom.
No peeling or flaking paint (indoor and out)
At the time of the visit there was disinfectant, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, accessible to the children in one of the toddler bathrooms. A steamer was observed in the infant space. This cannot be used in the classroom space.
Staff monitor environment for hazards-Hazardous items not accessible to children
There were picnic tables that had peeling paint. Peeling paint was observed on the large climber.

At the time of the visit shelves, cubbies and equipment throughout the entire center were tippable and not secure. Please secure all equipment that is tippable and not secure.

At the time of the visit staff were using a themos filled with hot water to warm infant bottles. Licensor measured the temperature of the water and it was 130 degrees.
