Records were reviewed for the six enrolled children. Five children need annual update.
This change of space visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
The oven knobs were not covered allowing access to the children. In the hallway, the heater was rusted. In the screened in porch area, several of the screens were ripped, there was sitting water in a bucket, a vacuum and television were on the floor and a toy shelf was unsecured posing a tipping hazard.

Indoor Hazards
The middle knob on the front of the oven is broken, the knob need to be repaired or covered. The shelving unit under the television has sharp corners which were not covered. The television cord is longer than 6 inches and not secured to the wall.
