During the BRC review, it was found that One Educators did not complete the BRC process.
Two Staff records were reviewed, and the following was found: 1) One staff member did not have evidence of an [REDACTED] a Certificate of completion of EEC Essentials, and a PQ Registry.
In the Puppies Classroom, it was observed that the educator did not follow the two-step process of using soap and water and disinfecting as needed to maintain a sanitary environment.
Plan for Toiletings was not posted in the bathrooms of the Yellow and Duckling Classrooms.

Five staff records were selected for review, and the following was learned: 1) One staff member did not have evidence of two doses of MMR as required by regulation. 2) One staff member did not have evidence of a resume. 3) One staff member did not have evidence of two verification of references. 4) Five staff members did not have evidence of bimonthly observations as required. 5) Three staff members did not have evidence of a completed and signed orientation. 6) Two staff members did not have evidence of an EEC Essentials certificate.
At the time of the visit, The attendance was inaccurate. The attendance had six children signed in but eight children were present.
At the time of the visit, Educator's purses/bags were accessible to children in the Yellow, Red, and Green Classrooms.
During the program's indoor safety inspection, the following was found: 1) The dramatic play equipment and shelves were not secured in multiple classrooms. 2) In multiple classrooms, the corners of rugs were rolling up, causing a tripping hazard.
During the safety inspection, the following was found: The Blue and Orange Classroom’s evacuation route was not clear of obstructions and hazards. Objects were blocking the door.
During the IHCP review, the following was found: Seven Children's IHCP did not have evidence of parent signatures.
In the Yellow Classroom, one child's medication was found not readily available when it was left in another classroom.
Indoor Space
At the time of the visit, the following was observed while reviewing all indoor licensed spaces: 1) Chipping paint was found in the Duckling Toddler Classroom and the Blue Preschool Classroom. 2) The rug in the Blue Preschool Classroom was rolling up, creating a tripping hazard.
