At the time of the visit a new staff file was reviewed and found that she did not have a completed background record check and was missing all of the EEC required information in her file at the program.
Fire Inspection in the LEAD portal not current at the time of the visit.
One staff members file reviewed found that she did not have in person training for first aid.
One new staff members file reviewed file that she did not have a completed BRC. The staff member was asked by the administration to work from home until she had a completed background check through EEC.

At the time of the visit the slide on the preschool playground was very warm to the touch the Director stated that the slide is not used when it is hot to the touch. Please submit a written plan on the use of the slide when it is hot to the touch. At the time of the visit the stairs leading up to the playground had an area that was in disrepair it was a hazard to staff and children.
