Room 17 attendance was not accurate. A child had been picked up and the child's pick up time had not been noted on the attendance. The program must have a method of knowing who is present at any time.
Several children's belongings were observed on the floor. The program must provide sufficient space, accessible to children, for each child to store clothing and other personal items in a safe, sanitary manner.
One child's Individual Health Care Plan did not include the consequences if the medication is not administered and signed by the child's doctor.
