Children’s Attendance Log
Licensor observed, the baseboard heater in the playroom was missing a piece of the protective cover, which would allow children the children to become in contact with the hot water pipes. Additionally, another piece from the same baseboard heater was not properly secured.
Licensor observed the following indoor hazards accessible to the children: 1) uncovered outlet in the daycare room. 2) hair dryer with loose cord on the floor inside one of the licensed bedrooms, presenting a strangulation hazard for the children. Note: No outdoor hazards were observed.
