The stairway leading to the second floor did not have a barrier at the bottom of the stairway.
The eleven month old infant was observed to be sleeping in a playpen with a loose fitting sheet. The sheet was changed to a tight fitting sheeting during the visit.

There was not a working thermometer in the first aid kit. The Educator stated the batteries died and she needed to replace them.
There was one child with a documented allergy allergy. This allergy was not posted according to EEC regulations.

CPR and First Aid both have expired 8/18/2021. The Educator stated that she has a renewal class scheduled for November 7, 2021. Please send proof of current CPR and First Aid certification.
