In the bathroom diapering cream were stored under the diapering station accessible to the children. The diapering cream was moved out of reach during the visit.

Records were reviewed for the (REDACTED) children present on the day of the visit. One child needed proof of a lead screening and another child needed an Annual Update form.
Supervision
The door to the nap room was shut; three children were sleeping in the room. Reviewed the door must be kept ajar. Also discussed the video monitor is not a substitute for checking on the napping children at least every 15 minutes.
