During the visit, it was observed that in the kitchen, one drawer was unlocked and contained multiple can and bottle openers, which were accessible to children. In the playroom, a kitchen set was observed that was not secured to the wall, posing a potential tipping hazard. Additionally, a shelf holding baskets of books was not secured to the wall and appeared unstable, also posing a tipping hazard. In the bathroom, the sink cabinet was unlocked and contained multiple cleaning supplies, including but not limited to wipes, Lysol spray, and toilet bowl cleaner. In addition, the outlet in the bathroom was not covered.
